- Responsible for diplomatic training programs’ for Azerbaijani and Foreign diplomats funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), as well as other training programs for Government Agencies;
- Developing proposals and program budgets meeting specific MFA and other Government Agencies requests;
- Responsible for assessment of the specific training needs of the target audience in Government (MFA);
- Working closely with ADA University faculty and visiting faculty on program design, delivery, and evaluation;
- Acting as purchase requester in Banner System. Coordinating and keeping track of payment procedures (receivables and payables);
- Overseeing quality control throughout the entire diplomatic training programs;
- Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting progress on program implementation to the immediate supervisor on a regular basis;
- Communicating with the MFA and other Government agencies (if its needed) on a regular basis and responding to their requests for new diplomatic training programs;
- Maintaining the database of all diplomatic training programs;
- Developing mid-term and annual reports to be submitted to the immediate supervisor;
- Working closely with the Marketing and Communication Department on developing marketing materials (brochures, website, etc.) in compliance with ADA University branding;
- Facilitating workshops and seminars for MFA and other Government Agencies;
- Supporting the ADA Universities mission and vision with respect to the assigned programs; as well as, representing ADA University in various public events and meetings internally and externally;
- Participating in identifying long-term objectives of diplomatic training programs and development of action plans to accomplish those objectives;
- Performing all other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with all levels of management, faculty, government, international and including negotiation, presentations and public speaking skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups to achieve results;
- Ability to work in a team and independently with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism;
- Superior skills in customer service and relationship management;
- Be able to diplomatically build partnership with key stakeholders as well as faculty, clients (government), international organizations, diplomatic missions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point); SAP and CRM experience is a plus;
- Domestic travel may also occasionally be necessary;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English both writing and speaking; Knowledge of Russian is a plus.
