• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Administration, or Law;
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & PR, or a Legal background;
• Strong understanding of both IT and business principles, including knowledge of technology trends, industry standards, and business processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and vice versa, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities;
• Project management skills to oversee IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely, on-budget completion;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and identify opportunities for IT-driven innovation;
• ERP knowledge—preferably functional SAP skills—is essential for success in this role.
