• As a Content Creator / Reelsmaker at Bloom Group, you will play a key role in shaping how our brands communicate and engage across digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning content, producing compelling short-form videos, generating and adapting creative ideas into engaging visual stories that resonate with our target audiences. Working closely with the creative, digital, and account teams, you’ll ensure that all content reflects brand strategies, follows current trends, and leaves a memorable impression across social media channels.
• Plan and develop monthly content strategies for social media, both for clients and the agency;
• Develop and execute creative content ideas that align with brand goals and voice;
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and videographers to bring campaigns to life;
• Manage and coordinate photo and video shootings for creation of content;
• Maintain a content calendar to schedule posts and ensure a consistent flow of content for clients and an agency;
• Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements;
• Responsible for daily management of social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including content posting, engagement monitoring, and basic community management.

Short-Form Video Creation

• Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos and stories, both for clients and an agency;
• Keep up with social trends, audio, and styles - and incorporate them into brands’ content;
• Shoot and direct content (including basic lighting and setup);
• Edit videos quickly and efficiently using mobile or desktop editing tools.

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing;
• Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels / TikToks created for brands or personal projects;
• Proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut);
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, and platform algorithms;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Fluent communication in Azerbaijani language is required. English and Russian are an advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Photography, motion graphics, or graphic design skills.
