- Provide required legal advice to clients on matters relating to corporate law, labour law, migration law and regulatory compliance;
- Review and draft a range of agreements, both for internal and external needs;
- Monitor developments in legislation and regulations and assessing their implications;
- Support compliance with data protection, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and other relevant statutory requirements as may be required;
- Assist management in drafting various legal memorandums;
- Liaise (verbal and written) with external counsel and regulatory bodies as may be required;
- Contribute to internal awareness by providing guidance to partners and staff on legal obligations and best practices;
- Provide legal assistance during any other projects, which may require legal expertise.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent legal qualification);
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in legal practice;
- Solid understanding of the Azerbaijani legal system, its regulatory framework, and institutional structures;
- Strong communication skills;
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a professional services environment;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
