As our Facility, Maintenance & Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our Logistics & Distribution Center runs like a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating all maintenance and repair work across the facility to ensure operational efficiency and compliance;
  • Managing routine inspections, urgent repairs, and vendor relationships;
  • Enforcing safety and hygiene protocols in collaboration with security and housekeeping teams;
  • Overseeing facility operations — from repair tickets to tendering for technical service contracts;
  • Reporting on maintenance activities, safety incidents, and operational insights to leadership.

Tələblər

  • A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in logistics or warehousing;
  • Solid knowledge of technical maintenance, safety standards, and vendor contract management;
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; English or Russian is a plus;
  • Experience with facility management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
