  • Control Finance Department;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with acting legislation;
  • Manage company’s financial resources and conduct resource planning for future needs;
  • Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions;
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, AP, AR, credit control, reconcile bank and investment account;
  • Prepare IFRS based Financial Statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement on the monthly, quarterly and annual bases;
  • Review monthly results and implement monthly variance report;
  • Prepare and analyze Financial Budget and make monthly, quarterly and annual comparison between budget and actual dates. Manage monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process;
  • Analyze actual dates and company profitability, looking for methods for its increasing and stability;
  • Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk;
  • Report to management and stakeholders, and provide advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted;
  • Set up and oversee company’s finance IT system;
  • Train accounting staff;
  • Manage internal controls;
  • Participate in development and manage financial modeling and reporting tools for various functional areas;
  • Compare and analyze financial and other operating results against established plans and targets;
  • Analyze financial impact of marketing and operations initiatives;
  • Create and distribute routine as well as ad hoc reports and analyses;
  • Communicate results via presentations to the executive team;
  • Support the company store annual operating plan process by developing and maintaining financial models and tools;
  • Works with Operations and other functional departments to create financial forecasts, evaluate and report on actual versus projected performance, and identify risk and opportunities to assist in driving results;
  • Build, maintain and distribute dashboards to assist with tracking and reporting of key performance indicators;
  • Review trends and exception reports to identify and communicate opportunities to various functional areas;
  • In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Job Location: Baku and Uzbekistan;
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week from 09:00 till 18:00);
  • The company daily provides free service transportations from Koroglu to Seabreeze;
  • Salary is competitive and to be discussed during job interview.

Tələblər

  • MBA degree in finance/accounting;
  • Good knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
  • Professional certification –ACCA, CFA or CIMA;
  • Min. 8 years of work experience in finance as a min. 3 years as Finance Manager;
  • Native Azerbaijani and Russian languages, advanced English is extra advantage;
  • Thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards;
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressur e and meet tight deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills;
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems and other financial planning software.
