  • Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement;
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations);
  • Ensure that all processes are documented and that quality policies and procedures are followed throughout the organization;
  • Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance processes, including product inspections, testing protocols, and quality audits;
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including safety and environmental regulations;
  • Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, ensuring that any findings are addressed promptly;
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency;
  • Utilize Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive quality improvements across the organization;
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain) to promote a culture of quality and ensure alignment on quality objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, including trends, issues, and improvement initiatives to senior management;
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on quality standards, policies, and best practices;
  • Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – essential for technical documentation and communication. Russian language is an advantage.
