- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement;
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities;
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations);
- Ensure that all processes are documented and that quality policies and procedures are followed throughout the organization;
- Oversee the development and execution of quality assurance processes, including product inspections, testing protocols, and quality audits;
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics, and implement corrective actions when necessary;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including safety and environmental regulations;
- Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, ensuring that any findings are addressed promptly;
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency;
- Utilize Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive quality improvements across the organization;
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain) to promote a culture of quality and ensure alignment on quality objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on quality performance, including trends, issues, and improvement initiatives to senior management;
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on quality standards, policies, and best practices;
- Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred);
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 5 years in a managerial role;
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – essential for technical documentation and communication. Russian language is an advantage.
