- Drive full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process from sourcing to onboarding;
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in collaboration;
- Manage and ensure the accuracy of employee records and HRIS data;
- Prepare, modify, and terminate electronic employment contracts via the EMAS system, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, and maintain up-to-date employee data and contract statuses;
- Provide administrative support for payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management processes;
- Support the planning and tracking of employee training programs and continuous learning initiatives;
- Assist in developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations;
- Contribute to internal communication efforts by creating announcements, and policy updates;
- Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent messaging and drive employee engagement across departments;
- Prepare HR reports and analyze key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making;

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, 1C, EMAS);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
