İş haqqında məlumat

  • Develop and implement PR & Communication strategies and campaigns aligned with corporate goals and brand positioning;
  • Generate compelling content (e.g. speeches, storylines, press releases/statements, articles, briefing notes) for diverse communication channels to enhance the company’s voice and presence;
  • Coordinate internal and external communications channels such as website, intranet, MS Teams, Yammer, social media channels and recommend relevant content;
  • Monitor and analyse the media landscape, and use insights to inform PR and Communication strategies;
  • Monitor and compile relevant local and international news to regularly brief senior management on key developments;
  • Build strong working relations with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to support communication goals;
  • Demonstrate fluency across social media and other multi-media channels;
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships, ensuring timely and professional responses to all media and stakeholder inquiries;
  • Ensure communication activities are delivered with clear objectives, measurable results, and within agreed timelines;
  • Generate creative and effective ideas that will contribute to the promotion of company brand;
  • Prepare promotional and communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, videos, presentations, and multimedia content;
  • Support the development and communication of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and annual Communication on Progress reports in alignment with global standards;
  • Plan and execute corporate events to increase brand awareness;
  • Prepare programmes for team buildings and any other internal corporate events;
  • Making recommendations on advertising agencies and publishing houses when needed and/or economically justified;
  • Regularly develop and update information on Group and Business Unit websites and Intranet;
  • Contribute to compelling social media content to Group and its subsidiaries;
  • Advise subsidiaries on web content strategy and implementation;
  • Revise and suggest ideas for promotional materials and corporate gifts;
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Tələblər

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fields;
  • 2+ years of relevant experience;
  • Fluent Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (preferably) languages (both written and oral);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience with Content Management System and social media management tools (preferred);
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, media monitoring platforms, and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness;
  • Power Point, Word, Excel, Social Media channels management platform (e.g. Hootsuite);
  • Focusing, adaptability; creativity skills;
  • Creative thinking, good judgment; an outgoing personality.
