Sea Breeze Resort is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor with solid experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. This role is crucial in monitoring financial accuracy and efficiency within our large-scale construction and resort development projects.

  • Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and construction project activities;
  • Review project costs, procurement procedures, and contract management for compliance and accuracy;
  • Identify risks, irregularities, or fraud, and propose corrective actions;
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management practices;
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, present findings to management, and follow up on recommendations;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, international accounting standards, and local legislation;
  • Provide input to strengthen internal policies, procedures, and workflows.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related field (Master’s or ACCA/CPA/CIA certification preferred);
  • Minimum 3–5 years of internal audit experience, ideally in construction or real estate projects;
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, risk management, and auditing standards;
  • Understanding of construction cost control, procurement, and contract management processes;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills;
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
  • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and independent judgment.
