Public Relations & Communications
- Manage and regularly update the SUMI website and social media channels with engaging, accurate content ;
- Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies ;
- Draft press releases, speeches, media announcements, and coordinate approvals with SOCAR HQ ;
- Plan and publish content across platforms such as Intranet and LinkedIn ;
- Assist teams in developing high-impact corporate presentations .
Event Management & Travel Coordination
- Execute internal communication plan including but not limited to ;
- Organize internal and external events such as open days, seminars, workshops, trainings, and conferences ;
- Coordinate CSR initiatives and prepare PR performance reports for senior management ;
- Coordinate international travel for employees—visa processes, bookings, insurance, and documentation ;
- Liaise with internal PSCM team and travel agencies, embassies, and other authorities to ensure smooth, cost-effective travel ;
- Monitor and manage out-of-country travel budgets, aligning with corporate policies and safety standards.

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, PR, International Relations, or a related field ;
- Proven experience in public relations, internal communications, event management, or travel logistics (3 years) ;
- Strong command of both Azerbaijani and English (written and verbal) ;
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail ;
- Proficiency in social media tools, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite ;
- Advanced Microsoft Power Point skills to prepare empowering presentations ;
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with media and stakeholders.
