- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user observations;
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to design solutions aligned with Clopos’s system architecture and product roadmap;
- Support the rollout of new features and systems by preparing documentation, test scenarios, and user guides;
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired business outcomes;
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA validation processes;
- Coordinate with external partners or clients to support integrations (e.g., payment processors, fiscal printers, accounting systems);
- Analyze and optimize business processes with a data-driven approach;
- Ensure traceability of requirements from conception through implementation and testing.

Tələblər
- Strong ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferrable);
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in a software or SaaS environment;
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Proven ability to create use case documents, process flows, data mapping, and wireframes/mockups;
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and SQL (basic data querying);
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or POS industries;
- Familiarity with fiscal integration projects, delivery providers etc.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and JSON-based data exchange;
- Fluency in English is plus.
