- Procure and execute the purchasing of required goods and services in a timely manner;
- Conduct market research and price comparisons in both local and foreign markets based on internal requisitions;
- Visit local markets to acquire spare parts or other materials as required;
- Maintain accurate procurement-related documentation and generate relevant reports;
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of all purchased goods;
- Plan and analyze daily procurement activities to improve efficiency;
- Enter orders into ERP software and monitor their progress;
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate deliveries;
- Able to go to local market for acquisition of required spare parts or other materials;
- Location: Sumgait, Azerbaijan;
- Shuttle bus (from 20Yanvar) and lunch are provided;
- Start date: As soon as possible..
Tələblər
- Education: Bachelor's degree;
- Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement or a related role is an advantage;
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required;
- Languages: English – Fluent / Must, Russian – Preferable;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
