• Order Placement: Analyze discounted products from suppliers to both the central warehouse and directly to stores based on sales and stock, and place orders accordingly;
• Monitor Delivery Levels: Oversee the delivery levels of discounted products from suppliers to both the central warehouse and stores;
• Prevent OOS and Overstock: Prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations for discounted products in stores;
• Manage Promo Orders: Send and monitor promotional orders to stores;
• Track Sales and Stock Data: Monitor daily sales and stock data for discounted products and quickly address stock out risks;
• Automation and Optimization: Continuously work on automation and optimization processes;
• Generate Store Orders: Create store orders based on daily promotional sales;
• Review Additional Orders: Review and oversee additional orders sent by stores;
• Control PO Deliveries: Ensure that created purchase orders are delivered to suppliers via the system.

• High school or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or retail operations; experience with promotional product management is a plus;
• Ability to analyze sales, stock, and supplier data to make informed ordering decisions;
• Highly detail-oriented to prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems; experience with automation tools is a plus;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize orders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, stores, and internal teams;
• Proactive in identifying and resolving stock issues or delivery delays;
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes;
• Comfortable with process improvements, system updates, and continuous learning in a dynamic supply chain environment;
• Monitor Expired POs: Check and manage expired purchase orders.
