- The Land Surveyor is responsible for the accurate measurement and mapping of land, construction sites, and property boundaries;
- This role involves the use of geodetic instruments and software tools to collect, analyze, and present spatial data;
- The position requires a degree in Geodesy, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field, along with relevant work experience;
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys;
- Operate surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, and theodolites;
- Collect field data and prepare detailed site plans, maps, and reports;
- Determine land boundaries in compliance with legal, technical, and regulatory standards;
- Process survey data using CAD and GIS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS);
- Provide technical input and support to project design and construction teams;
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of survey documentation;
- Prepare and submit reports, coordinate files, and relevant documentation to public or private stakeholders;
- Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures during fieldwork;
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week based on 8 hours per day.
Tələblər
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant field;
- Working knowledge of industry and government standards;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office;
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Analytical Thinking;
- Advanced knowledge of Azeri and English.
