  • Provide support and necessary information to the visitors;
  • Plan conferences and meetings for the staff;
  • Internal documentation management;
  • Registration and issuance of incoming and outgoing documents;
  • Preparation of letters;
  • Track requests for payment and send payment to accounting for processing;
  • Maintain and update contact lists and other office-oriented documents as needed;
  • Assist in other matters and responsibilities as assigned.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor`s Degree;
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages;
  • Willingness to adapt to and learn quickly;
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
