  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment;
  • Coordinate procurement and maintain office supplies;
  • Organize internal meetings, team events, and studio calendars;
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and document flow;
  • Support the preparation and archiving of project-related documents and contracts;
  • Greet visitors, manage phone/email communication, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience;
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining internal HR coordination;
  • Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, accountants, and legal consultants;
  • Creative and professional work environment in a growing architecture studio;

Tələblər

  • Proven experience in office administration or similar role (1–3 years preferred);
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace tools;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
  • Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
