- Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and productive work environment;
- Coordinate procurement and maintain office supplies;
- Organize internal meetings, team events, and studio calendars;
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and document flow;
- Support the preparation and archiving of project-related documents and contracts;
- Greet visitors, manage phone/email communication, and ensure a professional front-of-house experience;
- Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining internal HR coordination;
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, accountants, and legal consultants;

Tələblər
- Proven experience in office administration or similar role (1–3 years preferred);
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace tools;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
