- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 5 PM and 8 AM. (6 PM – 9 AM AZ time);
- Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports;
- Provide accurate information and solutions to driver’s issues;
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed;
- If necessary, communicate with police officers regarding fines and traffic accidents. Communicate with gas station operators and other suppliers when necessary;
- Location: Nasibbey Yusifbeyli 86 str. Baku Azerbaijan;
- Salary: 1000 azn NETTO.
Tələblər
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR, IT - would be a bonus);
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Comfortable working handling overnight shifts;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email;
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry;
- Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties;
- Previous experience or good understanding of handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according to EU law).
