- Act as the point of contact between Director and internal/external clients;
- Screen and direct phone calls/e-mails/mails and distribute correspondence;
- Handle requests and queries appropriately;
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organize and attend meetings and ensure the Director is well prepared for meetings; whenever is appropriate; taking action points and writing minutes;
- Manage diary of Director and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Make travel arrangements (both business and private) and prepare complex travel itineraries;
- Draft correspondence and other documents;
- Manage and review filing and office systems;
- Sourcing and ordering stationary and office equipment;
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance fields;
- At least 1 year of administrative/personal assistant experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in, Russian and English;
- Detail-oriented and highly-organized person;
- Poised and able to manage under stress and minimal supervision;
- Must possess the utmost level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information;
- Strong project management, communication skills are a must;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, intuitive, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving ability;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs.
