  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational and governmental goals;
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clearly prioritized;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, design, and public sector stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable digital products;
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria tailored to the needs of governmental clients;
  • Act as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment;
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from end users and officials to refine product features and prioritize enhancements;
  • Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on analytics, user feedback, and strategic priorities;

Tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role;
  • Experience with or understanding of public sector projects is a strong advantage;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and good command of English;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to translate government requirements into actionable technical tasks.
