- Report directly to the CEO, acting as the central liaison for both operational and project-related matters;
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing progress, key activities, timelines, challenges, and milestones related to renovation works and overall asset performance;
- Provide structured insights into priority tasks, budget considerations, and potential risks, enabling informed decision-making at the executive level;
- Maintain ongoing communication with landlords of leased assets and technical teams of company-owned outlets to ensure all contractual, operational, and technical issues are handled efficiently;
- Monitor the condition of existing restaurant and café units, identifying renovation or maintenance needs and initiating action plans in coordination with relevant teams;
- Supervise ongoing fit-out and renovation projects, providing support to site teams in terms of planning, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution;
- Attend key meetings related to project execution, asset refurbishments, and property development discussions;
- Assist the CEO and senior leadership in executing the company’s expansion and refurbishment strategy across the HORECA portfolio;
- Employment: In accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM;
- Workplace: Bridge Plaza, 6 Bakikhanov Street, Baku.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project-related roles, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail environments;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on deadlines, and report to senior leadership in a structured manner;
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Familiarity with renovation or fit-out processes is an advantage but not a strict requirement;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and working proficiency in English, Russian.
