- Technical assist (solution development, solution presales) in area of Computing, Server, Storage, Virtualization and Backups of company sales activities;
- Be able to understand and explain the structure and components of modern server and storage infrastructures, as well as their functional purposes;

- Understand the business results of the proposed solution and be able to explain it to the customer;
- Be able to prepare a presentation and present it to the customer;
- Be able to visualize the proposed solution and draw HLD (High level design);
- Ability to analyze critical systems and make suggestions for system improvement;
- Experienced in preparing solution documents and presentations;
- Be able to work in Microsoft Power Point and Visio programs;

- Researching information about industry segments of the market and developing a strategy for promoting and selling services/solutions implemented by the division in this market segment together with the direct manager;
- Identification of customer needs for the Company's services/solutions by negotiating with them by phone, e-mail, as well as during personal meetings;
- Identification of the opportunities for the Company's services/solutions by negotiating with customers by phone, e-mail, as well as during personal meetings;
- Implementation of presentations of products and solutions of the Company for customers;
- Assist in the implementation of presentations and trainings on products and solutions of vendors for sales managers with the involvement of team members and colleagues.;
- Preparation a specification, in accordance with the identified needs for the Company's services/solutions;
- Preparation of solution design document as well as other technical documentation;
- Сonducting technical and presentation webinars for customers;
- Assistance to Account Sales Managers in working with clients in current work issues;
- Building and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Building and promote strong, long-lasting relations with business partners and vendors;
- Obtaining optimal commercial conditions from business partners and vendors;
- Always adhere to the quality standards of customer service, based on the motto " customer satisfaction above all else " ;
- Maintaining registrations and follow-up transactions (where necessary);
- Maintaining registrations and follow-up vendor deal registrations (where necessary);
- Assist in development of marketing activities together with the marketing manager of the company ;
- Preparation of stock orders based on an analysis of customer needs and specific vendor requirements. Promotion of stock sales when developing specifications;
- Stock and market analysis;
- Regular trainings on products and solutions and achievement of sales/presales/technical certificates;
- Represent the company at a high level;
- Prevent situations and actions that could damage the company's image and business reputation;

Tələblər
- Diploma: Higher education;
- Experience: +3 years;
- Specific areas of expertise: IT Pre-sales;
- Server, Storage, Virtualization, Backups, Network ;
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio , PowerPoint , IRIX and specific IT vendors configurators and tools;
- Languages: Azeri, Russian, and English good in written and oral;
