• Azerbaijani citizen;
• Bachelor's degree in the required field;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in Azerbaijani and English;
• At least two years of experience in the required field;
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and ability to enforce them effectively;
• Proficiency in maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment;
• Excellent organizational skills for managing lab resources and inventory;
• Ability to prepare and set up laboratory experiments based on curriculum requirements;
• Willingness to work with students aged 11-18;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams), experience with educational technology and software;
• Familiarity with managing laboratory operations within a secondary school setting, including both national and international curriculums;
• A clear understanding of lesson planning and differentiation.
