Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget;
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement;
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best quality and value;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders;
Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency;
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements;
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement plans with business needs;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CIPS/CSCP preferred);
4+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a mid to large-sized company;
Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Proficient in procurement software (e.g., 1C (8.3) and Microsoft Excel;
Deep understanding of supplier evaluation, risk management, and cost analysis;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
