- Implement and manage IT processes based on the ITIL framework across our organization;
- Analyze existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Design and document new IT policies, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery;
- Train and support other IT staff on ITIL best practices and process implementation;
- Define and improve performance metrics for processes;
- Continuously monitor process performance and adjust as needed;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, and other departments;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ITIL guidelines and industry best practices;
- Implementation, improvement and management of ITSM tool;
- 5 work days from 08.00-17.00 or 09.00-18.00;

Tələblər
- 3+ years of experience implementing and managing ITIL-based IT processes;
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its core principles;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to design and document efficient IT processes;
- Experience training and supporting teams on process adoption;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field;
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies;
- ITIL and / or project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
