  • Implement and manage IT processes based on the ITIL framework across our organization;
  • Analyze existing IT processes and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Design and document new IT policies, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery;
  • Train and support other IT staff on ITIL best practices and process implementation;
  • Define and improve performance metrics for processes;
  • Continuously monitor process performance and adjust as needed;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in IT, operations, and other departments;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ITIL guidelines and industry best practices;
  • Implementation, improvement and management of ITSM tool;
  • 5 work days from 08.00-17.00 or 09.00-18.00;

Tələblər

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and managing ITIL-based IT processes;
  • Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its core principles;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proven ability to design and document efficient IT processes;
  • Experience training and supporting teams on process adoption;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related field;
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies;
  • ITIL and / or project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
