- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of title documents for vehicles being purchased, sold, or transferred;
- Verify the authenticity of titles, including checking for liens, ownership, and any discrepancies;
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., sales, logistics, legal) to collect and manage all necessary documentation associated with titles;
- Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws;
- Booking Documentation process;
- Directly working with Vessel lines;
- Making documents’ receipts;
- Billing of loadings;
- Ensure all title documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations and laws;
- Process title applications and transfers, including submitting necessary forms to the appropriate government bodies;
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure favorable terms;
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding title status, requirements, and any issues that may arise during the process;
- Maintain organized records of all title documents, transactions, and communications for future reference and auditing purposes;
- Address and resolve any issues related to titles, including lost titles, discrepancies in documentation, and delays;

Tələblər
- A degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in title handling, legal documentation, or a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international freight operations;
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation;
- Familiarity with local and state title regulations and procedures;
- Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently;
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple titles and documents simultaneously;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and authorities;
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software is preferred;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
