- Customer Journey Mapping: Create and maintain end-to-end journey maps for our mobile apps and web portal - spotting pain points and ideating seamless experiences;
- Funnel Tracking & Optimization: Implement comprehensive funnel analytics to measure conversion at every step, diagnose drop-offs, and recommend targeted improvements;
- Behavioral Analytics: Leverage tools such as Google Analytics or Dataroid to segment users, uncover behavior patterns, and feed insights into product strategy;
- User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct qualitative research-interviews, surveys, usability tests to validate hypotheses and guide design decisions;
- Data Capture Leadership: Define tracking requirements and partner with IT, Big Data, and Product Owner teams to ensure accurate event logging and data integrity;
- A/B Testing: Design, launch and analyze experiments to validate UX hypotheses and quantify the impact of feature changes;
- Subscriber-App Data Integration: Merge telecom subscriber data (usage, churn signals) with in-app behavior to build predictive models and personalization frameworks;
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and perform ad-hoc analyses using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to monitor KPIs-engagement, retention, upsell/cross-sell rates and deliver strategic reports;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design and Development teams in Agile sprints to prioritize and implement data-backed UX enhancements;
- Thought Leadership: Continuously research and adopt best practices in app analytics and UX optimization; proactively propose innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Economics or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in app analytics, UX research or data-driven product optimization (telecom is a plus);
- Hands-on proficiency with analytics platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Dataroid);
- Experience in optimizing digital platforms or apps is strongly preferred;
- Expertise in BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker);
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools;
- Familiarity with mapping user flows, wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Miro);
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and attention to detail;
- SQL skills and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling is a plus;
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
- Azerbaijani - fluent; English - upper intermediate.
