Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in this or related field;
- Russian language is a must, English is an advantage;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or logistics finance;
- Knowledge of logistics operations, transportation costs, and supply chain financial metrics;
- Ability to create financial models and conduct data-driven decision-making;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance is a plus;
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and financial software;
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc. for data visualization;
- SQL & Python for data extraction and analysis;
- Familiarity with ERP and logistics management systems (SAP, Oracle, or marketplace-specific platforms) as a plus;
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting;
- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Experience with cost variance analysis, profitability assessment, and expense optimization;
- Understanding of marketplace logistics, including fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery;
- Knowledge of shipping cost structures, carrier contracts, and 3PL (third-party logistics) partnerships;
- Awareness of inventory management, demand planning, and returns processing;
- Ability to present financial findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
- Strong collaboration skills to work with finance, logistics, and operations teams;
- Negotiation skills for working with carriers and suppliers on cost-effective solutions.
