Working conditions

  • Supplier Research & Management: Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities;
  • Purchase Order Assistance: Help in the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders;
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing reorders when necessary;
  • Procurement Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and other documentation;
  • Vendor Communication: Assist in communication with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and track procurement progress;
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and pricing;
  • Procurement Reporting: Support the preparation of regular procurement reports for management review;
  • Support in Negotiations: Assist senior procurement staff in preparing for negotiations and supplier meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
  • Students who have graduated from university are also considered for this position;
  • Previous experience in procurement or supply chain is an advantage (internships are acceptable);
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
  • Basic knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
