Working conditions
- Supplier Research & Management: Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their capabilities;
- Purchase Order Assistance: Help in the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders;
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and placing reorders when necessary;
- Procurement Documentation: Help maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and other documentation;
- Vendor Communication: Assist in communication with suppliers to follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and track procurement progress;
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and pricing;
- Procurement Reporting: Support the preparation of regular procurement reports for management review;
- Support in Negotiations: Assist senior procurement staff in preparing for negotiations and supplier meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
- Students who have graduated from university are also considered for this position;
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain is an advantage (internships are acceptable);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
- Basic knowledge of procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
