Working conditions
- Printer installation ( Usb and Network);
- Windows 10, 11 – OS installation;
- Physical installation of LAN cable (CAT5, CAT6);
- Working with basic network protocols (TCP, IP, DNS);
- Mail installation (Outlook);
- Documentation according to AR Labor Code;
- Working hours: from 8:00/9:00 a.m till 17:00/18:00 p.m (5 times per week);

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
- Proven working experience in providing HelpDesk support;
- Knowledge of Windows OS (PC);
- Ability to work with drivers;
- Basic knowledges of DC and AD;
- CompTIA A+ level knowledge is a plus;
- Network knowledge at CCNET level is a plus;
- Communication skills;
- Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
- Responsibility and punctuality skills.
