  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote services.

Требования

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the cybersecurity industry.

2. Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, and services (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, incident response);
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS).

3. Sales and Business Acumen:

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs;
  • Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals;
  • Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.

4. Communication and Negotiation Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences, including technical and executive stakeholders;
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.

5. Strategic Thinking:

  • Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity solutions;
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, marketing, and product development;
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on business goals.

7. Client Relationship Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Experience in managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

8. Tech Savvy:

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software;
  • Understanding of emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.

9. Travel and Flexibility:

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

10. Certifications (Preferred): Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CySa+ or equivalent are a plus.
