- Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics and operational KPIs;
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business performance;
- Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior management;
- Assist in developing performance forecasts and benchmarking analysis;
- Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results with performance targets;
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize operational performance;
- Prepare regular and ad hoc materials for shareholders;
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate different business scenarios;
- Support the assessment of new initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities;

Требования
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CFA or MBA is a strong plus;
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field;
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with business intelligence or reporting tools is a plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and performance management principles;
- Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher); Russian is a plus.
