O работе

Monitor and analyze key business performance metrics and operational KPIs;
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in business performance;
Prepare performance dashboards and reports for senior management;
Assist in developing performance forecasts and benchmarking analysis;
Conduct variance analysis, comparing actual results with performance targets;
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize operational performance;
Prepare regular and ad hoc materials for shareholders;
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate different business scenarios;
Support the assessment of new initiatives, projects, and investment opportunities;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement initiatives;

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CFA or MBA is a strong plus;
2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field;
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with business intelligence or reporting tools is a plus;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Solid understanding of financial concepts and performance management principles;
Proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher); Russian is a plus.
