Warehouse Operations 

• Oversee daily warehouse stock movements and ensure proper storage conditions;
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers for efficient stock handling;
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and storage standards.

Data Management & Reporting

• Utilize 1C and Excel to maintain real-time stock records and generate reports;
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels;
• Provide regular reports on stock movements, discrepancies, and warehouse efficiency.

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Develop and enforce warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs);
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and reduce errors;
• Ensure compliance with financial, accounting, and operational guidelines.

Team Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align stock levels with business needs;
• Train and support warehouse staff on inventory best practices and system usage;
• Communicate effectively in Russian and English with internal teams and external partners.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong proficiency in 1C accounting software and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Analysis);
• Strong mathematical skills – Ability to perform accurate calculations, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making for inventory optimization;
• Ability to handle and analyze large databases with precision;
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management;
• Preferably retail or logistics industry experience;

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 1C accounting software;
• Advanced Excel and database management skills;

Languages: 

• Fluent Russian (Required);
• Good English (Preferred).

Expertise & Specialization

• Experience in organizing stock audits and reconciliations;
