- Assist in the coordination of academic programs and schedules
- Support the Academic Coordinator in managing student records and academic documentation
- Coordinate with teachers, students, and parents to address academic concerns and inquiries
- Assist in organising and managing academic events and activities
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and maintaining records/files
- Support the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures
Tələblər
- A university degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience in an academic or administrative role is preferred
Skills:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in office software and educational management systems
- Friendly and able to interact professionally and positively with staff, students, parents, and community members.
Kindly be informed that the Academic Coordinator Assistant is going to work at IB School, where English is the main language used for communication. So, fluency in English is compulsory. The interview is held in English as well.
