  • Account Management & Relationship Maintenance: Act as the key contact to establish and maintain solid strategic partnerships with enterprise clients. Deeply understand clients' security operations, risk challenges, and compliance requirements to provide tailored solutions. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for security products and solutions within existing and potential client portfolios. Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical solution teams and pre-sales engineers to design and implement integrated security solutions for clients. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop competitive value propositions and technical presentations.
  • Market & Product Insight: Continuously monitor industry technology trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the security sector. Provide market feedback to the product team to align the product roadmap with market demands.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, account status updates, and performance reports for management review. Analyze client usage data to identify additional sales and service upgrade opportunities.

Tələblər

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Engineering, Electronic Information, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record of successfully selling security products or solutions to medium and large enterprises.
  • Skills & Competencies: Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence clients at various levels. Analytical ability to translate customer needs into solutions. Familiarity with mainstream security products, technologies, and ecosystems is preferred. Understanding of the ICT industry and its convergence with security solutions is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, or basic IoT technologies will be an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively serve diverse clients and partners.
