We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Accounting Assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in finance and accounting, we’d like to meet you.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies;
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases;
- Maintain financial records;
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed;
- Analyzing of institutional contracts and giving feedbacks.

Tələblər
- Higher education (Bachelor) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and Economics fields;
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant;
- Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills;
- Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word;
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors;
- Able to work independently;
- Knowledge on basic accounting;
- Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 9:00 to 18:00.
