- Monitoring costs related to transportation, warehousing, inventory management and logistics operations;
- Preparing and managing budgets for logistics departments, ensuring that expenses align with financial goals;
- Handling billing and invoicing related to logistics services, ensuring accuracy and timely payments;
- Generating financial reports that provide insights into logistics costs, performance metrics and profit margins;
- Assessing the value of inventory to determine carrying costs and improve financial planning;
- Ensuring that all accounting practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies;
- Analyzing cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction;
- Reviewing contracts with suppliers, carriers, and service providers to ensure financial compliance and adherence to terms;
- Working closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasts;
- Monitoring logistics performance metrics and assessing the financial impact of logistics activities;
- Communicating logistics financial data and insights to management and other stakeholders for informed decision-making;
- Identifying financial risks in logistics operations and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
Working conditions:
- Location: Baku city;
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
- Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00;
- Lunch time in the office – 1 hour;
- Sector: Finance.

Tələblər
- A bachelor/master’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably in logistics);
- Proficiency in English and Russian (spoken and written);
- Proven experience in working with foreign internet banking systems, including international payments, transfers, and account management;
- Working knowledge of IFRS;
- Proficiency in ERP systems (logistics management software is preferred);
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
