- Strategic oversight of offshore asset management: Provide directions to offshore Asset Managers, ensuring their work supports SUMI’s offshore priorities and objectives.
- KPI and performance cadence: Drive the implementation of SUMI’s key performance and quality indicators related to the corresponding asset, monitor progress, and establish a practical performance rhythm focused on deliverability and results.
- Execution governance and alignment: Translate guidance from the Supervisory Board and Executive Director into clear priorities, timelines and accountabilities for the asset.
- Team leadership and operating discipline: Set the pace, organize workload effectively, and create clarity on roles and priorities; foster a strong delivery culture.
- Cross-functional coordination: Act as a key interface with the partners and functional groups (Subsurface, Drilling, Engineering, Legal, PSCM, Finance, Commercial and etc) to ensure integrated decision-making and coordination.
- Business planning for each asset: Lead the development, updating and implementation of annual work plan and budget corresponding asset, aligned with the overall offshore vision and partner operating plans.
- External representation and partner engagement: Represent SUMI and, where required, the Executive Director in external meetings and communications of the asset; build trust, align interests and progress outcomes constructively.
- CSR and social responsibility objectives: Ensure consistent implementation of the Operator’s social responsibility objectives across the asset, promoting joint efforts and credible delivery in the CSR domain.

- Brings approx. 15+ years in upstream oil & gas with significant exposure to offshore, brownfield / late-life assets and non-operated JV/PSA governance. Demonstrated track record of stabilizing production, accelerating value-adding projects, and operating with strong cost discipline in high-HSSE environments
- Proven strategic leader with Director-level presence, high energy and resilience; capable of “influence-model” leadership, building trust while constructively challenging operators, aligning interests into win–win outcomes, and driving pace through clear KPIs, accountability, and disciplined follow-up;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
