• A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of relevant teaching experience.
• At least three years of professional work experience in human resource development or a closely related area.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• A strong commitment to teaching excellence and student success.
