- A leading global technology company is currently seeking qualified contractors for key positions.
- The Admin Intern is responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth daily activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent and ongoing business system usage.
- Provide user assistance as required and coordinate the local user community.
- Coordinate the creation and maintenance of user accounts in the system.
- Monitor and ensure authorization of system account requests.
- Police and correct system errors and remove obsolete and duplicate items.
- Maintain an organized archiving/e-filing system of corporate documents.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Contribute to quality customer service.
Tələblər
- Recently graduated (within the past 3 years) with a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
