- General Administrative task
- Admin document control
- Day to day operation through the company’s job control system (Quote to Invoice) for general items
- Responsible to liaise with the customers for goods arrival and dispatch
- Monitoring and re-ordering all consumable machine shop tools
- Assist in the development and implantation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to administration, job process control, costing and customer contact
- Ensure compliance to Company policies, procedures and directives
- Implement internal controls to adequately support existing processes of the company
- Ensure implementation of adequate controls to minimize incidence of missed costs
- Involvement in general inventory control processes as required by company management
- Acknowledge the enquiries received from Customer
- Ensure quotations are sent to customers with shortest turnaround, in line with the department objectives.
- Ensure all quotations sent to customers are followed up.
- Acknowledge the Purchase Order received from Customer and if any correction required communicate to customer
- Review outstanding quotations weekly and deactivate quotations that do not materialize.
- Review of outstanding Quotations and Enquiries to ensure that these are invoiced when work is completed or service is provided.
- Ensure that no job goes into execution unless recorded in ERP through a quotation and order
Tələblər
- High School or Equivalent
- 2 Years Experience in Administration Environment
- Computer literature in MS Office.
- Knowledge of office administrations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs.
