  • Coordinate and supervise all activities to ensure the effective, secure, and timely flow of documents and information within and outside the company.
  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and supervise transportation and social services operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise protocol services and ensure their proper implementation.
  • Coordinate service requirements for firing tests and other activities conducted outside company facilities.
  • Inspect canteen and pool cafeteria services operated by contracted companies to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with service standards.
  • Identify, plan, and manage the procurement and distribution of consumables, promotional materials (calendars, diaries, etc.), stationery, cleaning supplies, and food & beverage catering materials.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the manager in line with the job description and the company’s interests.

Tələblər

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in administrative affairs, facilities management, or a similar managerial role. Strong coordination, planning, and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative functions simultaneously and effectively.
