- Organizing and monitoring the preparation and execution of the budget for administrative directions;
- Coordinating and supervising the implementation of capital expenditure projects related to the administrative department;
- Managing the operation of all vehicles (fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.) and preparing related reports;
- Analyzing and ensuring the fulfillment of the needs of the plant and office premises;
- Landscaping and improving the plant area, including rest zones, security posts, and weighbridges; organizing related activities and maintaining proper reporting;
- Ensuring the provision of meals for plant employees, organizing and supervising meal distribution services, and overseeing overall canteen operations;
- Supervising the performance and reporting of contractor companies involved in administrative services;
- Organizing and controlling the cleaning services for both the office and plant premises;
- Planning and coordinating the work schedules of employees under the administrative division;
- Managing the equipment under the department’s operation; overseeing the maintenance repair center in line with operational requirements;
- Controlling utility expenses and ensuring the continuous availability of catering and other administrative services;

Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a closely related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in administrative operations, facility management, or a similar field;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions in dynamic environments;
- Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and managing teams across diverse administrative functions;
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a hands-on and proactive approach;
