Today, we operate in 45 countries and have a growing community of over 30,000 registered influencers. We simplify influencer marketing by creating a trusted space where creators earn fairly and brands collaborate efficiently.

Now, we are looking for a next-generation Designer — someone who doesn’t just design, but builds, automates, and scales creativity using AI.

Role Overview:

This is not a traditional designer role. We are looking for someone who can:

• Work AI-first, not AI-assisted
• Build creative systems instead of one-off designs
• Use and create AI agents / workflows to produce content at scale

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals, social media content, and ad creatives using AI tools
• Produce AI-generated videos, motion graphics, and creative assets
• Build and manage AI workflows for scalable content production
• Develop AI agents or automations to generate design variations and campaigns
• Continuously test new AI tools and optimize creative processes
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver high-performing creatives

• Strong experience with AI creative tools (midjourney, dalle, nano banana etc.)
• Ability to build workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms
• Experience or strong interest in creating AI agents / prompt systems
• Understanding of design fundamentals (composition, typography, branding)
• Ability to produce content fast, iteratively, and at scale
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency (Turkish is a plus)
