- Support the preparation of screening reports, memos, and summaries on investment opportunities;
- Assist in financial analyses, including sensitivity and scenario analysis;
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities;
- Contribute to valuation analyses and benchmarking of potential investments;
- Assist in the preparation of transaction materials, including LOIs, SPAs, and supporting documentation;
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to support regulatory and contractual workstreams;
- Support internal due diligence by reviewing financial information and highlighting key observations;
- Contribute to investment analyses and help prepare supporting materials for recommendations;
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal discussions and decision-making.
Tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred;
- At least 1 year work experience in the related field. International experience or experience in International companies would be considered a plus;
- Knowledge in Corporate Finance, good knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods, and data analysis;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel);
- Good research skills to stay updated on economic indicators, market trends, and geopolitical events;
- Ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques to assess risk and return metrics, including statistical analysis and scenario modeling;
- Understanding of valuation methods such as discounted cash flow, comparable company analysis and precedent transactions to assess the intrinsic value of investments;
- Initial understanding of building and using financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk;
- Good analytical skills, including the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large sets of financial and market data;
- Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information and investment recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to analyze situations, make sound judgments and solve complex problems;
- Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams;
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English is required; Russian proficiency is considered a plus;
- Passing CFA levels is desirable, other international certificates are also considered a plus;
