• Publishing in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.

• Providing students with consistent and effective support and guidance. including thesis and capstone project supervision.
• Delivering a teaching load of 3/3 for Assistant Professors or 3/2 for Associate Professors. The teaching load may be reduced to 3/2 for Assistant Professors who demonstrate a strong research record or potential.
• Participating in university and community life.
