- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of video projectors and projection screens;
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of large flat panel LCD/LED screens, including assembly of LCD, LED and Direct View LED video-walls;
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of tracking and non-tracking PTZ cameras;
- Installation, operation and maintenance of wall, ceiling, pendant and monitor-attached speakers;
- Installation and maintenance of audio/video cables;
- Installation and maintenance of network cables (All types of TP), which are used for AV equipment;
- Installation, operation and maintenance of tabletop, ceiling mounted, handheld, clip-on, ear or head-worn microphones of wired or wireless types;
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of audio/video processing equipment, like sound amplifier, mixer, audio/video matrix switchers, various kinds of Digital Signal Processors, like feedback destroyers, echo cancellers and others; This includes networked AV, like NDI and Dante.
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of wired and wireless Public Address and presentation systems both in house and external venues during events;
- Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of personal VC kit (web camera, headset, speakerphone);
- Move of AV/VC kit, including dismounting equipment and mounting at a new location;
- General health check and maintenance of AV/VC equipment (replacement of displays, projectors, cameras, microphones, speakers, projector bulbs, filters, cable management in AV racks, under-floor and above the ceiling conduits, etc.);
- AV client software installation and configuration;
- AV equipment testing, troubleshooting and commissioning;
- Establishing and testing of individual and group hybrid AV sessions, i.e. meeting support, including consultation of users on best possible connection type and introducing quick workaround solutions in case of necessity;
- Town hall support, often using MS Teams Live Event/ MS Teams Townhall Event;
- Cooperate with relevant services, as Facility Maintenance, Transportation, etc. for smooth progress and completion of routine and ad hoc tasks;
- Frequent work with various AV warehouses and keeping AV stock inventory up to date, at all times. This includes tiding up of the AV warehouses, bringing in and taking out AV hardware from those strictly adhering to security procedures.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in audio-video equipment installation, troubleshooting and maintenance;
- Hands-on experience with AV equipment of brans like Poly, Yealink, Yamaha, Microsoft, Logi, QSYS, AMX, Crestron, Proel, Extron, Sennheiser, AKG, Line6, SHURE, Jabra, Allen&Heath, Klark Teknik, Behringer, Countryman, dbx, and others. This should include understanding of upgrading of equipment firmware/software and rolling back/factory resetting in case of upgrade failure;
- Good knowledge of acoustics, video conferencing systems;
- Ability to do research on AV technology features and technical specifications as per Company AV Tech Lead;
- Computer hardware skills (for example, experience with graphics cards, AV capture cards);
- Soldering skills to fix minor issues (example cable connectors), where this type of works is justified and allowed by COMPANY safety regulations;
- Experience with multi-meter and other AV Test tools to be able to measure low voltages, amperage, resistance and to check conductor continuity;
- At least basic ability to read signal flow and connection diagrams and floor plans;
- Hands-on experience on Windows operating systems, MS Office;
- Good communication skills, verbal and written;
- Team working skills;
- Being customer-oriented;
- Verbal and written language requirements: Azerbaijani and English (intermediate).
