We are looking for a well-presented and service-oriented Bellboy to join our front office team at Flame Residence, a luxury residential building offering hotel-standard services in the heart of Baku.

This role is not in a hotel it is in a premium residence that serves its residents and their guests with 5-star attention and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist with luggage handling and transportation to and from apartments.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Security to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
• Provide directions and information about the building and surrounding area.
• Support residents with special requests (e.g., deliveries, packages, taxis).
• Ensure the lobby and entrance area remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Reports to: FO Manager
• Property Type: Flame TOWERS - Luxury Residential Building (Hotel-standard services)
• Location: Baku - Flame Towers

• Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services is an advantage
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and ability to communicate in English (Russian is a plus)
• Physically fit and capable of handling luggage
• Courteous, attentive, and committed to high-level customer service at all times
