  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms.
  • Deliver and collect luggage efficiently upon guest arrival and departure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Resolve guest concerns and accommodate special requests when possible.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, operations, in-house events, and directions.
  • Proactively greet and assist all guests passing through the lobby.
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously with all colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform shoeshine services and other guest errands, including local travel.
  • Stay informed about guest arrivals, luggage status, special requests, and scheduled transfers.
  • Open and close the main entrance doors for guests.
  • Assist the front desk with room escorts during busy periods.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.
  • Recognize and acknowledge returning guests by name.
  • Monitor the lobby for unattended items or suspicious behavior and report to Security immediately.

Schedule & Hours:

  • This is a Full-Time position. Candidates must be able to work Mornings, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays according to business mandates.

  • Azerbaijani citizenship (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
