• We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Teacher for a full-time, on-site position located in Baku. The Biology Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role will also involve collaborating with colleagues to align teaching methods and curricula to best support student success.

• A solid foundation in Biology combined with a teaching qualification (Qualified Teacher status).
• Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to various learning levels.
• Experience in effective classroom teaching and student engagement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to nurture critical thinking and curiosity among students.
• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Biology, Education, or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
